2-day from Marrakech to Zagora Desert

The itinerary of the 2-day tour from Marrakech to Zagora Desert:

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbahs –Draa Valley- Zagora.

We’ll start our “2-day from Marrakech to Zagora desert” at 8 AM, then we’ll head towards High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260m) with stops to see different landscapes and Berber villages. After mountains, we’ll arrive one of the famous kasbahs in Morocco which is Ait Ben Haddou where so many international films have been shot such as Gladiator, The Mummy, Game of Thrones… Then, we will visit that site and have lunch in one of local restaurants. Afterwards, we will head to Draa Valley crossing the second pass which is Ait Sawen Pass at 1710m. After, we’ll drive alongside Draa Valley till we arrive Zagora where you will ride camels for 1 hour and spend the night in a Berber Camp under a starry sky.

Day 2: Zagora – Agdez – Ouarzazate – Marrakech.

Awaken early to see the sunrise over the small dunes of Zagora is a must, followed by a typical breakfast in the camp of Zagora. Then ride back the camels to meet your driver to drive back to Marrakech. We will have free time in Ouarzazate for lunch in a local restaurant and we may visit Cinema studios and take pictures to the Taourit Kasbah. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Marrakech via High Atlas Mountains.
